Their product titanium ingots are widely used in fields such as aerospace and navigation, chemical industry, petroleum, ocean, power industry, and biomimetic materials. "This year, the company has signed orders of more than 50 million yuan, and it is expected that the output value will reach about 120 million yuan this year." The project leader stated that the company's self-designed and developed manufacturing equipment production line ensures that the quality, stability, and reliability of the company's products are firmly in the national * position. Titanium ingots, titanium plates, and other products are exported to cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen.

Recently, in the factory of Shaanxi Dalishen Aviation New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. located in Baoji High tech Zone, trucks carrying various types of titanium materials were shuttling back and forth. These trucks came from multiple private enterprises in Baoji, and their only purpose was to use the RF-40 horizontal CNC radial precision forging unit imported by the company from GFM Company in Austria to perform high-quality and accurate forging processing on the basic titanium materials.
"This year, there are about 70-80 titanium companies that have long-term cooperation with us..." Zhang Yuan, the general manager of the company, told reporters. Technically speaking, this precision forging unit is currently a fully functional precision forging equipment worldwide, with a forging force of 950 tons. It can complete high-quality forging processing of titanium and titanium alloy round bars, square bars, rectangular bars, and other titanium materials in one go. At the same time, technology is only one aspect. From the perspective of industry division of labor, the reason why enterprises have turned this precision forging unit into a "shared" unit is also an important purpose to help brother enterprises break through technological shortcomings throughout the industry, and then promote the leapfrog development of the entire titanium and new materials cluster industry in Baoji.
