It is reported that Baoji, as a national key research and development and production base for titanium and titanium alloys, has an annual production and processing capacity of nearly 159000 tons of titanium and titanium materials, ranking among the largest in the country. Its products are exported to more than 70 countries and regions, with more than 600 titanium industry chain related enterprises, producing over 5000 specifications of titanium products, an annual output value of over 65 billion yuan, and 65% of the titanium materials in China are produced in Baoji. Its products include both high-precision rods for "national heavy equipment" and high-precision rods for surgical implants in daily life, widely used in aviation, aerospace, marine, medical, electronics and other fields.
