1. Background Introduction
On June 27, 2024 (the 4th), the sub forum of the Titanium Industry Information Melting, Forging, and Bar Powder Line Industry Chain Development Forum was successfully held at Shaanxi Dalishen Aviation New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Guests attending the sub forum include over 200 industry experts, government leaders, corporate executives, and representatives from relevant scientific research institutions in the titanium smelting and forging, titanium powder rod industry chain, as well as mid to high level leaders such as Zhang Mingliang, Chairman of Shaanxi Dalishen Company, and Zhang Yuanyuan, General Manager.

This sub forum kicked off with the signing in frenzy of all guests as a prelude. At this important moment, the General Manager of the company, Zhang Yuanyuan, on behalf of all employees of Hercules, expressed a warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to every guest who attended the scene, and accompanied them throughout the tour. During the visit, he patiently and meticulously introduced the construction situation of the Hercules Park to the guests. 3. Melting and Casting Branch · Forging Second Branch
Firstly, the attending guests arrived at the "Melting Casting Branch and Forging Second Branch" of Hercules Corporation. Here, Wang Baohong, the project leader of Hercules Corporation, and Zhang Feiqi, the general manager, served as relay guides, leading everyone to visit the newly established Phase II steel frame factory, the soon to be put into operation 10000 ton fast forging machine, the currently installed melting furnace equipment, and the vacuum self consumption melting furnace. During the visit, Wang Baohong and Zhang Feiqi provided a detailed introduction to the progress and planning of the Phase II project, as well as an explanation of the upcoming high-end equipment and its placement location.
4. Forging Factory No.1
Subsequently, Zhang Yuanyuan, the general manager of the company, carried out a "relay" and led the attending guests into the core production area of Hercules - "Forging One Branch". Here, guests witnessed the 25MN and 63MN hydraulic fast forging machines produced and manufactured by the well-known domestic brand "Lanshi" Group, as well as the environmentally friendly heating resistance furnace from Fengdong, Jiangsu. Not only that, Hercules also invested 180 million yuan to introduce the global * equipment - RF-40 horizontal CNC radial precision forging machine from Austria. These advanced devices caught the attention of the guests, who took out their phones to take photos as souvenirs. At the same time, the guests also observed the quality of the materials produced by Hercules on site and were amazed.
5. High end dialogue
